Agreement

By accessing AI Headshot Generator (ai-headshot-generator.org) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

We provide tools to generate professional-style AI headshots from photos you upload, subject to account limits, credits, and model availability. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits, plans, and payments

• Subscriptions and credit packs grant credits used for generation.
• Each headshot generation consumes credits as displayed in the product (default: 100 credits per generation).
• Failed generations that our system marks as failed typically refund the associated credits.
• Prices, tax, and refund rights for purchases are governed by the checkout provider and applicable law. Unless required by law, unused credits are non-transferable and may expire as described at purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have rights to use.
• Upload sexual content involving minors or attempt to generate such content.
• Use the service for harassment, fraud, deepfakes intended to deceive, or unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the APIs and infrastructure.
• Resell access without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI output disclaimer

Generated images are produced by machine-learning models and may contain artifacts, bias, or inaccuracies. Results are not guaranteed to match a human studio session. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before professional or commercial use.

License to your content

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit those photos (and derived outputs) solely to operate and improve the service, including sending them to AI providers that generate results for you.

Our intellectual property

The website, branding, software, and style templates are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.

Your rights in outputs

Subject to these Terms and third-party model provider rules, you may use generated headshots for personal branding, resumes, profiles, and legitimate business marketing featuring yourself (or subjects you are authorized to represent).

Third-party services

Payments, email, storage, and AI providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. Outages or changes at those providers may affect availability.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
